Access to our remote AI Diagnostics, API servers, SaaS dashboards, security CVE threat checks, and scheduled monitoring alerts is subject to these terms and requires active subscription credentials where applicable. You agree not to abuse the API services or query limits.
3. Account Registration & Subscriptions
To access specific platform features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Subscriptions (such as PatchWatch Pro and Agency License) automatically renew unless cancelled via your account dashboard before the next billing cycle.
4. Safe Remediation Disclaimer
Our plugin provides **One-Click Safe Remediation** (automated quick fixes). While these tools are designed with strict precautions and prompt database backup warnings, you acknowledge that modifying database indexes, configuration variables, and core server files carries inherent risks. PatchWatch is not responsible for site downtime, layout breakage, or data loss. We strongly encourage keeping robust backups.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PatchWatch and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
